I am now over 55 years old and live in St Neots, Cambridgeshire, England.

I was born in Berwick-upon-Tweed, Northumberland in July 1952 and have lived in various parts of the UK and abroad during my life to date.

I have lived in Egypt, Malta and Cyprus and, within the UK, in Shropshire, Hampshire, Surrey and London as well as Perth in Scotland.

I was a policeman 20 years in the London Metropolitan Police serving at Wembley, Kentish Town, Albany Street, and Kilburn. I retired due to ill-health in 1990 after 4 years plus on the Central Robbery Squad (colloquially known as "The Flying Squad".

I was a uniformed constable for 7 years then promoted to Detective Constable for the remainder of my Police career. Since leaving the Police Service in 1990, I have lived in Cambridgeshire, England. After my Police career ended I then worked for a large (Global), very well known Pharmaceutical Drug Manufacturer employed within the Logistics & Supply Division and then, from 2002 unti I took early-retirement in 2007, within the Global Quality sphere. My most recent employment was as an Information Systems Specialist. I am now fully retired and now lead a less exciting, life. I remain happily married, well contented and at peace with the world.
